Our building defects reports and party wall valuations provide additional services to our clients. Furthermore, we offer new build snagging surveys to identify any defects in new builds.

Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Mike, who qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1982. Mike has worked in both the private and public sectors, undertaking a wide range of work in areas such as design, contract management, and building pathology. Dorothy, our Business Development and Practice Manager, has worked in the property industry since the early 1990s and has a wealth of experience in administration and management support.
