Our company was originally a part of Sharpe & Taylor Building Contractors in the mid-sixties and has since evolved into one of the pioneers of suspended ceilings in the UK. Over the years, we have built a formidable reputation for our quality installations, operating primarily within the East Midlands area and extending our services further afield as required.

Our company has remained under the Wells family's management for over 50 years, with the second generation, Neville, joining the business soon after its inception. The business was relocated to Netherfield in the early seventies and has remained there ever since. We take great pride in our long-standing relationships with our loyal and dedicated employees and subcontractors, who have been instrumental in forging our reputation for quality, workmanship, and performance within the specified timeframes.

Our current management team comprises Neville's sons, Mark and Stuart, who continue to uphold the company's legacy of excellence. We specialise in installing various types of suspended ceilings and have extensive experience working with a range of clients, including main contractors and end-users. History

The company's roots can be traced back to the mid-sixties when it was a part of Sharpe & Taylor Building Contractors. At the time, suspended ceilings were a relatively new concept in the UK construction industry, and our company was one of the pioneers in this field. After being purchased by Willis Wells Senior, the business moved to Musters Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, where his son, Neville, joined him shortly after. In the early seventies, the business relocated to its current premises in Netherfield, where it has continued to operate successfully ever since.

Our services include the installation of MF suspended ceilings, partitions, independent wall linings, and Armstrong Optima Curved Baffles and Canopies. We have extensive experience working with a range of materials and can accommodate projects of all sizes and complexities. We have worked on numerous projects in the East Midlands area and beyond, including the Idlewells Indoor Market in Sutton-in Ashfield, Nottingham, where we installed various MF suspended ceilings, partitions, and independent wall linings. We also provided Armstrong Optima Curved Baffles and Optima coloured suspended canopies, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality installations that meet our clients' unique requirements.

At Carlton Pentecostal Church in Nottingham, we installed a Rockfon Artic lay in grid ceiling with polythene encapsulated insulation pads to the rear, providing a durable and soundproof installation that met the client's specifications. We have also worked on high-profile projects in London, such as the Lambeth Civic Centre, where we installed approximately 142m of Solid wood Ayous stained Open linear ceilings in the Main Atrium.

In Porthcawl, Cardiff, we worked with Henstaff Construction Limited to install approximately 135m of Siberian larch solid wood Open linear ceilings, curved to the roof profile.
