Our Coaches
At J & B Travel, we pride ourselves on our diverse fleet of coaches and mini-buses. Our vehicles range in size from 8 seats to 79 seats, and from standard coaches to luxury coaches with onboard facilities. We have wheelchair access vehicles available on request, some of which come complete with a hydraulic wheelchair lift. Our disabled access vehicles are designed to cater to the needs of all passengers, and our friendly staff is always on hand to assist.

Excellent Service, Punctuality, and Communication
Several reviewers praised J&B Travel for their excellent service, punctuality, and communication. Rebecca Savage booked the company for her wedding day and was delighted with their service, describing it as "great communication, competitive pricing, and on the day, very reliable and punctual". Other reviewers, such as Fis F. and Shahid Rahim, also experienced exceptional customer service from the staff at the office, with Rahim praising the "helpful" and "good prices" he received.
Disappointing and Unpleasant Experiences
On the other hand, several reviewers had disappointing and unpleasant experiences with J&B Travel. Worldwide Reviews booked with the company but were left stranded for three hours, with the coach being an hour and a half late and the driver going in the wrong direction. Shaun Knowles had a catastrophic experience, with no toilet stops and a driver who became aggressive when questioned. John Ibbotson described the worst customer service he had ever witnessed, with the driver treating passengers "boarding on cruel". Jonathon Riley and Nigel M. also had terrible experiences, including a driver who refused to make service stops and a bus that became unbearably warm.
