Solar Panels and Energy Storage Installation
- A client, Pete Biggs, recently had solar panels and a GivEnergy storage system installed by CPJ. The work was completed on time, to a high standard, and the area was left clean and tidy. The system has been working flawlessly since installation, reducing carbon footprint and saving money.
Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation
- Mike Nicholls, another client, had a utility room subdivided to create a downstairs loo without losing storage space. Michelle designed the perfect solution, and Darren, Nige, and Dan worked diligently to deliver the project in a professional manner. The result was more storage and a great feeling of space.

Boiler Repair and Replacement

Professional Service
- Karl Davies worked with CP Jefferies in a professional capacity for six months. They provided an exemplary service for various jobs, including unblocking sinks and toilets, replacing water heaters, fitting sinks and taps, repairing bathroom sealant, and providing gas safety certificates. The office team was cooperative, efficient, and friendly, and the plumbers were always punctual, knowledgeable, and effective.
Bathroom Refurbishment
- Carol Thorne had a total bathroom refurbishment done by Steve and his team. They provided a completely professional service, with attention to detail and keeping her updated throughout the process. She would not hesitate to recommend this company for design and fit.
External Combi Boiler Installation
- Nigel Morris had an internal boiler and cylinders removed and an external combi boiler installed by CP Jefferies. Matt provided a detailed quotation, and Ryan kept him updated with progress on a daily basis. He was extremely impressed with all aspects of the service provided and would definitely recommend.
Heating Maintenance
- Ros James had a really friendly and efficient experience with CP Jefferies. The engineer was helpful, giving tips on managing the boiler and radiators at season change. He even spotted another issue and offered to fix it while waiting for the radiators to fill up.
Negative Experience
- E. M. E. had a negative experience with CP Jefferies, as their issue remained unresolved since August 2021. The latest response from the MD was misleading, and he claimed he could ignore manufacturer guidelines because he could see if a part was worn and needed replacing.
Shower Cartridge Repair
- Naunton Dickins had a shower cartridge repaired by CP Jefferies. They discovered a pinhole mains water leak, but Jason stuck with it and didn't leave until it was sorted. Fantastic service from the CP Jefferies team.
