Wootten Dean is a reputable property consultancy led by Bryan Wootten, who has been working in the field for over 15 years. As a Registered Valuer with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Bryan specialises in a variety of property types with a particular interest in the NHS primary care environment.

Bryan's experience includes working within the Department of Health, the District Valuer's office, and as an independent consultant for numerous public and private sector clients, including GP practices, NHS organisations, and property developers. His work for the Department of Health involved focusing on the delivery of new primary care premises, achieving national NHS Plan targets, and monitoring the disposal of surplus NHS property. As part of the District Valuer's office, Bryan negotiated lease terms for proposed new build developments with specialist developers on behalf of Trusts, provided advice on all forms of procurement for community-based premises, and worked for numerous GP practices, developers, and NHS Trusts as an independent consultant.

Over the past 20 years, Bryan has been involved in over 50 primary care premises developments across England. He also has expertise in providing property valuation advice for Taxation purposes, including Probate and Capital Gains Tax.
