Excellent Service and Training
A customer had an issue with a 30-year-old printer and the service technician, Rob, was exceptionally helpful. He went above and beyond to help with the conversion, including finding old wiring diagrams and reaching out to retired colleagues. The customer was extremely satisfied with the service provided.
Another customer, Jeff Doyle, was also very pleased with the service and training they received from Adelco. They purchased a Kornit Breeze DTG and felt 100% comfortable using the machine after the training session with Rob Gray. They achieved fantastic results every time.
Disappointing Experience with Adelco
However, Mike Chamberlain Dust & Things had a disappointing experience with Adelco. They purchased a large-scale, used t-shirt printing machine for $60,000 and were assured that the machine would be serviced on arrival and installed correctly. They were also asked to pay an additional $4,000 for the engineer to spend five days on site. Despite this, the machine had many faults, including critical issues that needed to be addressed before they could launch their business. Adelco was unresponsive to their concerns and refused to listen to their complaint. Mike Chamberlain Dust & Things ended up having to spend a lot of money to bring the machine up to standard and will not be using Adelco again.
