The Corner House Day Nursery is a premier childcare facility located in the heart of Bournemouth, Dorset. Our nursery is designed to provide a warm, stimulating, and secure environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years, where they can grow, learn, and thrive. Our Services
At The Corner House Day Nursery, we offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Our nursery is open 51 weeks a year, from 8am to 6pm, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate the busy lives of our families. Our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing high-quality care and education, ensuring that our children receive the best possible start in life.
We have six spacious and well-equipped rooms, each designed to cater to the specific needs of different age groups. Our baby unit is specially designed with a separate sleep room and outdoor play area, while our toddler and pre-school rooms are equipped with a wide range of toys, games, and educational resources. Our large, secure, and enclosed garden provides ample opportunities for children to play, explore, and learn in a safe and stimulating environment.
Our Curriculum
Our curriculum is designed to meet the individual needs of each child, with a focus on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. We believe in providing a broad and balanced curriculum that covers all areas of learning, including personal, social, and emotional development, communication and language, physical development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design.
Our experienced team of teachers and carers work closely with parents and carers to plan a varied and engaging curriculum that builds on children's interests and helps them make good progress from their starting points.
