Our Story
Stephanie's passion for cooking began at a young age, watching her mother, Liz, a Cordon Bleu-trained chef, in the kitchen. Liz founded Wedding & Event Catering in the 1960s, and Stephanie grew up learning every aspect of the business, from front-of-house to the kitchen. Under Liz's guidance, Stephanie refined her skills, learning not only the practical side of cooking but also the importance of attention to detail and client satisfaction. In 2007, Stephanie became Liz's partner, and together they built a successful business, securing contracts with wedding and event venues throughout Kent. After Liz's passing in 2009, Stephanie took the reins, continuing to build on the legacy and reputation of the company.
