Our Cottages
Our five baby and child-friendly cottages are set in a picturesque courtyard and are surrounded by six acres of stunning countryside. Each cottage is individually decorated and furnished to a high standard, with comfortable living areas, well-equipped kitchens, and cozy bedrooms. All of our cottages have free Wi-Fi and are equipped with fibre broadband, ensuring you stay connected during your stay.

That's why we offer a range of amenities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, an indoor games room, and an outdoor play area. Meet the Animals
At Hill Farm Cottages, we're proud to offer a unique experience for our guests. Our working farm is home to a variety of animals, including goats, pigs, ducks, sheep, rabbits, chickens, geese, and ponies. Children love helping us feed the animals, and we always have a new arrival or two during your stay. From chicks and pigs to ducklings and baby rabbits, there's always something new and exciting happening on the farm.

Our cottages are close to the sandy beaches of Instow and Westward Ho!, and the Tarka Trail runs right by us, making us an ideal base for walking and cycling enthusiasts. Nearby, you'll find a range of attractions, including the picturesque villages of Clovelly and Appledore, and the popular surfing beaches of Saunton Sands, Bude, Woolacombe, and Croyde.

Negative Experiences
One guest had a disappointing stay due to the room being cold, and despite requesting the heated floor to be turned on, they were instead provided with a small electric heater. They were also charged for the hot tub, which they had cancelled beforehand. The guest also mentioned cobwebs in the corners of the room.
