Brake-Fit and B.F PERFORMANCE are proud to be a locally-based car garage and mobile mechanic service in Preston, Lancashire. With a professional team of experienced mechanics, we have been providing our services to the community since 2013. As a small, independent garage, we take great pride in our work and strive to offer the same quality of service that you would expect from a main agent, but at a more reasonable price. Our overheads are significantly lower than those of main dealers, national, and local car garages, allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers.
Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary tools, equipment, and an up-to-date diagnostic machine to carry out services and vehicle repairs on all makes and models. We are passionate about motor vehicles and take great care in looking after all our customers as if they were family. We have a good customer base, with many customers who have been with us since the beginning.
Our Services
At Brake-Fit and B.F PERFORMANCE, we offer a vast array of mechanical repairs and services to all motor vehicles. We are experts in the following areas:
- Batteries: We keep a range of batteries in stock and can advise you on the correct battery for your vehicle. All our batteries come with a minimum 3 or 4-year guarantee.
- Exhausts: If your exhaust is broken, blowing, or has failed its MOT due to emissions, we can help. We can repair or replace your exhaust system, which is usually made from mild steel and can corrode due to damp weather and salt added to roads in the winter months.
- Brakes: Over time, the use of your brakes causes normal wear and tear, which can render them ineffective or useless. We can perform regular maintenance on your braking system to keep it in tip-top shape and provide safe driving conditions for you and your family.
- Professional Car Mechanics: Our team of experienced mechanics is fully qualified or undergoing training to become fully qualified, with a minimum of a NVQ level 3 in motor mechanics. We are passionate about what we do and take great care in looking after all our customers as if they were family.
