Our Services

At Willow Tree Lodge, we specialise in caring for individuals with early to moderate dementia. However, we also provide care and support to those who find it challenging to manage living independently. We work closely with each resident and their family to develop a personalised care plan that encourages independence, maintains everyday living skills, and provides support for every aspect of life. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that our residents have the freedom to make their own choices, all while feeling secure in their new home environment.

Our Team

Willow Tree Lodge is a family-run care home with a rich history of providing exceptional care. Our sister home, Kiln Lodge, was established in 1989 and has an outstanding local reputation. Our care team is dedicated to delivering the best care possible while maintaining a luxurious home environment. Hannah Dear is the Registered Manager, and she has worked in the care industry for her entire adult working life. With a wealth of experience and numerous qualifications, Hannah ensures that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. She is supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager and a team of Senior Carers, Care Staff, Housekeeping, Catering, and Administrative staff. Together, our team creates a warm and welcoming environment, where residents are treated with dignity and respect.

Willow Tree Lodge offers a range of facilities designed to meet the needs of our residents. Our fully qualified Maintenance and Housekeeping staff ensure that the property is always kept safe, warm, and clean. Our facilities include:

• Deep cushioned bedroom chairs for additional comfort
• Easily accessible en-suite toilets in every bedroom
• Full hairdressing facilities
• Underfloor heating and thermostat control in every room
• A fully fitted nurse call system for help available 24 hours a day
• A conservatory, outside terrace, and balcony overlooking the garden with views towards Wickham
• An eight-person lift accessing all areas of the home

Activities
