Clayton Park Bakery, a treasure of Lancashire, was born out of a passion to create bakery products of the highest possible quality. Our journey began in 1983 when Barry Thomas, our founding director, started his career at Green's on Blackburn Market. With a rich heritage spanning over 150 years, Greens remains a stalwart in the industry, passed down through generations of the Thomas family.
Here at Clayton Park Bakery, we pride ourselves on utilising local Lancashire produce and suppliers wherever possible. We believe that the quality of our ingredients is directly reflected in our final products. Every item we create is prepared and cooked on-site, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
