Initial Experience
The Carpet Gallery's initial customer interactions were reported to be positive, with staff being helpful and practical in providing suggestions. This led to a good quote being provided for the lounge carpet.
Carpet Installation
The carpet installation process was generally well-received, with the fitters taking care and working hard to complete the job on time and to an excellent standard. Karen McLeod, in particular, praised the workers for doing an excellent job and being fantastic to work with.
Disappointing Follow-up Experience
However, Karen McLeod's subsequent experience with the company was disappointing. After requesting that the same carpet layers return to measure up for her bedroom carpet, she sent two requests that went unanswered. This led to her feeling disrespected and like the company was not interested in her custom.
