Bespoke Timber Milling
We cut Larch, Cedar, and Oak to exact specifications using on-site TRADA-registered grading. Our milling service accommodates beams from 1m to 10m, ensuring structural compliance for TH1 to THB grades. Clients receive timber tailored to their calculations, optimising efficiency and reducing waste.
Cladding Supply
Our in-house machine shop produces custom cladding profiles to match architectural designs. We avoid excess lengths, offering precise cuts from arris rails to tie beams. All cladding uses locally sourced timber, ensuring environmental responsibility and cost-effectiveness for residential and commercial projects.
Contract Milling
We process client-owned timber into beams or slabs using our high-capacity mills. Charges apply hourly or by volume, with additional fees for blade damage from unclean wood. This service supports sustainable reuse of private timber stocks while maintaining quality standards.
Firewood Production
We repurpose mill waste into air-dried Oak and Larch firewood, reducing carbon footprint. Semi-seasoned logs require further drying and comply with government moisture guidelines. Available in builders bags or transit loads, including free delivery within 10 miles of our East Sussex mill.
