The Shed restaurant in Notting Hill is the flagship of the 'Local & Wild' group, created by the Gladwin Brothers. Our shabby-chic interior and sustainable farm-to-fork menu bring a slice of the Sussex countryside to West London. We are passionate about serving only local and sustainable produce that is seasonal and at its ripest, creating flavourful and nutrient-rich dishes that celebrate produce at its best.

Our menu champions hyper-seasonal produce with ensuring zero-waste at the forefront of everything we cook. We use wild, foraged, and locally grown ingredients, including sustainable livestock from the Gladwin farm in West Sussex. We proudly serve a range of award-winning English Wines from our vineyard, Nutbourne, which follows the philosophy of "what grows together, goes together".
