Our Story
Founded in 1917, Integrity has been producing print for business for over 100 years. While the print market and the services we offer have changed dramatically in that time, our core values of outstanding customer service and reliability remain at the heart of what we do. Operating from our 16-acre site just outside of Bath, we employ over 300 people to deliver outstanding print solutions to our customers. We believe in our people and our clients believe in us.

Business Print
Our business print services cater to the specific needs of our clients, providing high-quality printed materials that meet their unique requirements. With our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced team, we can produce a wide range of business print materials, from commercial colour print to critical mailings.
Integrated Labels
As the leading provider of integrated labels for the UK market, we have invested heavily in nine web finishing lines, enabling us to produce over 500 million integrated labels every year. Our integrated labels are ideal for on-line retail, providing a convenient and efficient way to print and dispatch orders.
Labels and Packaging
Our dedicated labels and packaging division operates in a BRC High Hygiene environment, delivering quality products across retail, healthcare, and logistics markets. We understand the importance of quality and reliability in packaging and labelling, and our team is committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards.
Mailing Services
Our secure print and mail facility is accredited to ISO27001 and fully compliant with the new GDPR regulations. With our high level of data security and robust business procedures, our clients trust us with their critical mailings.
Software Solutions

Staff and Service

Quality and Reliability

Labels produced by their subsidiary have failed to meet expectations, and despite multiple contacts, the issues have not been resolved. The owner has been accused of being unresponsive to complaints and unwilling to take calls.
Communication and Customer Service

The owner has been accused of refusing to take complaint-related calls, and instead, has instructed staff to inform customers that they will not be taking calls. This lack of communication has led to frustration and dissatisfaction among customers.
