Our story began with two brothers, Ray and Phill, who shared a passion for providing top-notch locksmith services to the local community. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to include a wide range of services, from emergency call-outs to lock fitting, UPVC replacement locks, security locks, car key cutting, and programmed safes. We have also grown our team to include Scott, Ray's nephew, who joined the company in 2004 to help with the shoe repair and engraving side of the business. In 2016, Ray's wife, Tarnia, joined the company, bringing her expertise to the Martlesham branch, which opened in 2017. Our most recent addition is James, Ray's stepson, who joined the company in 2021 to assist Scott with the everyday running of the Woodbridge shop.
