Poor Customer Experience
- Really poor customer service - unprofessional. Bought the car and asked for it to be delivered as I live far away from the garage. I was expecting it to arrive on a car transportation truck not some guy driving it hundreds of miles clocking up my mileage and wear and tear, wasn't aware this was part of the deal that I paid for. Haven't heard anything from the garage since delivery, not a courtesy call or anything. (Amy Mullin, 1 star)
- Extremely poor service and liars. Phoned up about a car, specifically asked if the body work was I n good condition and how many miles the car had. Wanted to be absolutely sure before we made the 1.5 hour journey up to see said car. Got there, no one greeted us, and the car was badly scratched all over and had 8000 more miles than was advertised AND confirmed on the phone. (Sophie Waterman, 1 star)
- Grandson purchased a cheap car from here 4900, car seems OK but sales staff just wanted the cash. Once the asking price was paid the sales person was unhelpful when asked questions and fobbed him off when asked questions. Told there was no user manual and told to look on line. Couldn't answer basic questions about the car. No service history for car, told everything was on line!, which it's not. Very poor service from this car sales. (Derek Kent, 1 star)
- Bought a car in December, upon collection car was not MOT'd. 5 months later still waiting for them to settle finance on the part exchange despite Lee telling me pretty much monthly it was about to be done, I'm effectively paying for 2 cars still. Part ex car sold by riverside so clearly they don't do all their VOSA checks as would show as outstanding finance before they sold it. (Lewis Dickinson, 1 star)
- Bought a car from this garage, only to send it back just a few miles down the road as they don't check their cars properly! Car completely shut off while driving at 50mph nearly causing a massive crash and not even an apology for what happened "it's nothing we could have noticed". Not only was the car a disaster, so we're the sales team, sat in the garage for 4/5 hours and not once offered a drink and extremely rude! Dodgy garage, selling cars cheap for a reason! I speak from experience if you see a car and you think it's a good deal, there is a reason why it's cheap, don't buy from here! (Tristan Davies, 1 star)
