Nestled amidst the stunning North York Moors National Park, Brandysnap Bistro offers more than just delightful dining experiences. It's an escape to a welcoming and stylish sanctuary in the picturesque village of Thornton-le-Dale.
Our Journey
In 2003, we, Adam and Claire, stumbled across the charming characterful cottage that is now Brandysnap Bistro. With a vision to create a space where delicious home-made food meets warm hospitality, we transformed the premises into the inviting and comfortable establishment you see today.
Before Brandysnap, Claire honed her culinary skills for 15 years at a successful tearoom in Tadcaster. Adam, previously an electronics engineer, joined forces with Claire, seeking a change of pace and a life surrounded by the natural beauty of the Moors.

Our Culinary Delights
