Customer Service and Delivery Issues
Many reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service and delivery times at B&S. James Francois reported a long wait time for delivery, with no updates provided until he reached out to the company. The salesperson advised that the delivery date would be mid-August, more than three months since ordering. Kim Kho had a negative experience with a sales staff member who was rude and unhelpful. Alexander Ward had a horrific experience with the salesman Steven Higgins, who sold him a sofa without recommending an access check, and then tried to upsell an assembly service.
