Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre is a leading purpose-built equine competition and training facility in the heart of the Somerset Levels. Our championship floodlit 60m x 90m outdoor arena plays host to many local and regional events for the South West. Horse events regularly held at Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre include affiliated and unaffiliated dressage, affiliated and unaffiliated showjumping, showing, arena eventing, and carriage driving/scurry. All this with excellent road access and plenty of hard standing parking.
Our Facilities
We run an extensive range of events, clinics, and lessons, and welcome bookings large or small. Weather dependant, we have a 10-acre field which can be used for all disciplines, and we have a small selection of portable cross-country fences which can be used in the field or arena. Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre can offer a bespoke service to suit your needs and will source qualified, fully insured instructors.

Bespoke Services

Bitting and Bridle Fitting
We're also proud to offer a full bitting and bridle fitting service, led by Charlotte Warman, a Lantra Certified Bit Fitter and SMS Qualified Bridle Fitter. Our bitting and bridle fitting service is designed to help you and your horse achieve the perfect partnership, with a bespoke fitting solution that takes into account your horse's individual needs and requirements.
