Founder of The Musicians House in 2000, OJ brings jazz piano expertise and over two decades of studio leadership. He transitioned from touring musician to studio specialist, establishing London's first live-work recording concept before founding Soho Sonic.

With ten years' experience composing for TV, film, and albums, Fridel contributes classical tuba training and Audio Production expertise. He has scored productions for international theatre companies and mixed albums for European artists while maintaining production credentials across multiple genres.

A classical pianist turned producer, Molly leads our artist development program. She specializes in contemporary jazz, soul, and bedroom pop, having studied music technology and worked extensively in theatrical and soundscape productions before joining Soho Sonic.
