Our Process

When you contact us, our office will log your details and send you an introductory pack via email. This pack will contain our registered address, public liability insurance, employee liability insurance, references, pictures of our work before and after, and a welcome message. We will then arrange a date and time for your free quote, and our team will take photographic evidence of the work required. If you decide to use our services, we will take pictures throughout the project for our records and yours, which you will receive with your invoice and guarantee on completion.
