Funded childcare
We provide 1140 hours of funded childcare for 3-5 year olds and eligible 2-year-olds in partnership with East Dunbartonshire Council. Our Curriculum for Excellence-based programme includes structured learning, outdoor play, and communication development. Sessions available in term-time (5 days 9am-3pm or 3 days 8am-6pm) and non-term time (3 days 9am-4:40pm).
After-school care
Our After School Care at Millersneuk Primary School collects children at 3pm and provides supervised activities until 6pm. We offer arts and crafts, construction, physical games, outdoor play, and baking sessions. The programme encourages social development through team games and problem-solving activities while maintaining safety standards.
Breakfast club
Our breakfast club operates from 7:30am at the nursery building, providing a healthy start with cereals, toast, and fruit. Children receive escorted transport to school for the 9am start. The programme supports morning routines while ensuring nutritional breakfast options in a relaxed environment.
Outdoor learning
Daily outdoor activities include STEAM exploration, loose parts play, and local excursions to Lenzie Moss and parks. Our secure outdoor spaces promote physical development and environmental curiosity through structured adventures and free play experiences.
