Accreditations & Memberships

Shaw Pallet is an approved heat treatment product provider since 2003. We have a large capacity heat treatment facility onsite, ensuring full management and control of the entire production process. We adhere to the international ISPM15 standard, a mandatory requirement for all export shipments outside the EU.

Wooden Pallets

We specialise in the supply of new wooden pallets. Our task is to ensure that the pallets we supply are the right ones for the job. We manufacture the full range of popular formats such as Standard UK 1200 x 1000 mm and Euro 800 x 1200 mm pallets. Our production capability enables us to design and build pallets to meet specific load and dimension criteria.

We supply a wide range of pallets, including Two Way, Four Way, Euro, and Chemical Pallets. Each pallet is designed and manufactured to meet specific load and dimension criteria, ensuring that you get the right pallet for the right job.

Pallet Collars

Pallet Collars are often supplied in conjunction with new pallets. We manufacture these to the same standard and quality. Whether it's Euro Pallet Collars, Six Hinged Pallet Collars or something more specific, our team are here to provide it.

Timber Packaging

We have the capability to make timber packaging to meet all requirements. Timber cases and crates are often individually designed to meet a customer's specific requirements and transit specifications.

ISPM15 Heat Treatment

Shaw Pallet has been an approved heat treatment product provider since 2003. Our new wooden pallets and timber packaging products are made to the highest specification and adhere to the international ISPM15 standard.

Used / Reconditioned Pallets

We also supply used and reconditioned pallets. However, it's important to realise that there is an inevitable compromise in specification, strength, quality and performance between second hand pallets and those which are new. We frequently find that our team can specify an inexpensive alternative that will be manufactured to a high standard and will consistently perform as required.

Timber Components

We have facilities to manufacture numerous specialist components. Our design and consultancy service provides expert advice on logistics and transport packaging troubleshooting.
