Originally developed over fifty years ago from an old apple orchard, our park still retains a number of mature fruit trees, which enhance its peaceful, rural location.
As a holiday park solely for the use of owners, their family and friends, we provide the perfect location and surroundings for you to relax and enjoy your second home in the country. Our park is situated just 3 miles from the quaint town of Tenbury Wells, making it an ideal base for visiting the historic market towns of Cleobury Mortimer, Ludlow, Leominster, and Bromyard.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Our park features new and previously owned holiday homes, each situated on spacious, individually landscaped pitches. We also provide piped gas, cabled television, and free Wi-Fi, making it easy for you to stay connected during your stay.
In addition to our holiday homes, we have a range of amenities on site, including a private woodland and country walks, fishing and golfing opportunities in the locality, and a dog walking field where your pets can run freely off the lead.

Our park is centered around a maintained orchard area, where some of the original fruit trees are still growing. In a corner near the car park, we have built a large bandstand, which has become a focal point for the events that take place on the park throughout the year. Past events have included coffee mornings, fish and chip suppers, viewings of the football World Cup and other sporting events, and it has even played host to a brass band.
We also have a woodland walk that owners of holiday homes on the park are welcome to use, where you can walk your dogs or simply enjoy the scenery. The barked walkway winds around the woodland, where you will see a multitude of beautiful wild flowers growing, before crossing over the small brook.
