Customer Complaints and Disappointment
The review highlights a series of unfortunate events and misunderstandings that left the customer extremely dissatisfied. The initial issue was the delayed arrival of a 10kva electric generator, which was supposed to be delivered after multiple explanations. Instead, the customer received a call saying that an electric transformer was being delivered, which was utterly confusing given that they had already received three similar pieces of equipment to the same site.
The customer had booked a DOFF Steam Cleaning equipment and a MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) to take advantage of the generator, which incurred significant rental costs (over 1,000 per week) and led to 3 days of lost work. Despite the chaos caused, the company failed to update the customer or offer an apology, and instead, charged them for the equipment and delivery fees, as well as a 500 deposit, 3 days after the fact.
When the customer contacted the company to request a refund, they were told that accounts were not available that day, and it took an additional 5 days to receive their refund. The customer concluded that the company's behavior was unprofessional, uncaring, and completely lacking in any sense of accountability or empathy.
