The White Lion, a family-run hotel and restaurant, is situated in the heart of Upton-upon-Severn, a lovely small riverside town in south Worcestershire. Our focus is on providing high-quality food, accommodation, and traditional hospitality. We take pride in our Grade II listed building, which has been a hostelry since at least 1510, and has seen many changes throughout the last half millennium, yet retains its traditional charm and sense of history.
Our 13 individually decorated rooms, including singles, doubles, twins, and a four-poster room, are all en-suite and offer comfortable accommodation to a 3-star standard. We also have accessible rooms for those with restricted mobility, including wheelchair users. You can enjoy a delicious full English breakfast, available at an additional cost to room rates.
