Founded in 1877, Goring by Sea Cricket Club boasts a rich history, originating as one of the founding members of the Sussex Invitation League and claiming six league titles. Today, we field competitive teams across all age groups, offering a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all abilities.
Cricket: A passion for the game
Our cricket section boasts four competitive teams: the 1st XI, 2nd XI, 3rd XI, and 4th XI. We participate in the Sussex County League, offering opportunities to compete at various levels. We also participate in the Winter Nets program for adults, ensuring continuous development throughout the off-season.
Football: Community and competition
While cricket is our primary focus, we also have a thriving football section. We participate in the local Worthing & District Football League, fostering a competitive and supportive environment for our players. We welcome new players of all skill levels.

Beyond competitive play, we also offer an Indoor Cricket League and Colts program for young players. Our Social Events and regular Club nights provide opportunities to connect with fellow members and celebrate our shared passion for sport.
