Our Net Zero Journey
At Watkins Payne, we are dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment. We are working towards zero emissions in our direct operations by 2024, and being a carbon neutral organisation by 2030. Case Studies
76 Upper Ground is targeting BREEAM 'Outstanding' and WELL Gold ratings alongside WiredScore Platinum. In addition, the Design for Performance approach is being adopted in order to minimise operational energy and hence carbon emissions.
New Zealand House is a project that comprises over 200,000ft of space over two basement levels, designed and engineered by our team of experts.
