Presswork: Our expertise in presswork spans a wide range of capabilities that cater to a variety of industry sectors. Our products include the manufacture of: washers, shim washers, tab washers, brackets, strainer assemblies, covers, mounting brackets, and fabricated assemblies. Our presswork capability is enhanced by our ability to handle a range of materials that include: stainless steel, aluminium, nickel, copper, brass, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, titanium, nomex polyimide film, and more. Our capacity ranges from the use of hand presses up to 85 tonnes power presses. Our in-house tool room facilities further aid our efforts in ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.

Copper Conductors: G & D Vickers Engineering Limited has been a leading manufacturer of copper conductors for the power generation industry for many years. Our range of conductors includes the fabrication of hairpins, straight connectors, and sleeved assemblies in complex shapes. Our products are thoroughly inspected to meet the specific requirements of our customers, ensuring that all our conductors meet the very highest standards of reliability and performance. We take pride in the fact that our conductors are in use across the whole Airbus fleet of aircraft.
