We operate Tuesday-Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday-Saturday 09:00-18:00, with closures on Sundays and Mondays.
Do you require advance payments for treatments?
Yes, we require 50-100% deposit for select appointments and full payment for first-time visits to secure bookings.
Can I bring children to the spa?
For everyone's comfort, we ask that children remain outside our treatment areas to maintain a tranquil environment.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiting your appointment and being charged the full treatment cost.
