Thomas began his professional journey in the motor industry through forecourt preparation and valeting, establishing TML Valeting as a self-employed venture in 2006. Consistent demand and collaboration with local dealers gradually introduced vehicle sales into the business model. As market conditions changed, this aspect expanded significantly, resulting in the rebranding to TML Cars Ltd in 2012, while maintaining the same hands-on involvement in vehicle preparation.
