Poor Service and Professionalism

Unbelievably, the company sends a heavy 13-page legal document that cannot be amended, and Partner Steven Hocking-Robinson told a client they were not a suitable client for requesting changes. Moreover, spelling mistakes were found in the legal documents, which raises concerns about attention to detail. Another reviewer experienced a very poor service, with BKL making major mistakes that they later charged the client to fix. The reviewer found the firm unprofessional and lacking in integrity.
