Founded in 1994, Anchor Catering is a family-owned and operated business based in Ashford, Kent. Our mission is to provide quality, fresh, handmade food to match a first-class service. We take pride in our history and our commitment to producing the highest quality goods, sourcing mainly from BRC accredited suppliers and, where possible, supporting local businesses.
Our Services
As quality sandwich manufacturers, we offer a wide range of handmade products, including sandwiches, speciality breads, hot eats, salads, fruit salads, and granola platters. We cater for every taste and diet, delivering a delicious selection of foods 6 days a week. We also cater for many different dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and Halal. Our technical team can provide you with a variety of services, including nutritional and allergen information and product testing results.
Our Commitment to Quality
Our quality control procedures begin with regular audits of our suppliers' facilities (the majority of whom are BRC accredited) and production practices. Our wide range of handmade products is produced in our factory, where stringent food safety controls are in place. We currently supply to NHS sites, schools, universities, catering establishments, historical sites, and buildings.
