Medical Packaging
Our medical packaging solutions combine ISO Class 8 cleanroom production with compliance to ISO 11607 and MDR standards. We manufacture Tyvek pouches, thermoforming films, and peelable pouches suitable for sterile medical devices. The range includes 100% recyclable mono-material options and specialist barrier films with SIOX, ALOX, and EVOH layers.
Recyclable Pouches
We develop 100% recyclable pouch solutions using PE, PP, and PET materials. Our range includes stand-up pouches with 75% material reduction versus traditional packaging and bio-degradable options printable up to 8 colours. These solutions meet new global regulations while maintaining product protection standards.
Thermoforming Films
Our thermoforming films offer high puncture resistance for medical and food applications. Available in mono-materials or multi-layer co-extrusions up to 11 layers, they include rPET options with 30% recycled content. The films perform on leading machinery while maintaining barrier properties against moisture and oxygen.
Bulk Packaging
We supply aluminium-lined bulk packaging solutions for hygroscopic products including powders, resins, and food ingredients. Options include Octabin liners, FIBC Big Bags, and drum liners with bespoke valve systems for modified atmosphere packaging and vacuum applications.
Bespoke Solutions
