Andrew Morton Associates is a growing Quantity Surveying firm based in London and East Anglia, delivering a wide variety of projects throughout the UK. Capital allowances can reduce the tax payable by a business. If a business is investing in a building, assistance is required to identify what expenditure can be set off against tax. Andrew Morton Associates would be pleased to discuss requirements on a no-obligation basis.

*Bank Valuations (Bank Monitoring)*

Andrew is the founder and Managing Director of the business. Andrew enjoys working as part of a team on design-led projects to create beautiful buildings. His core skill lies in guiding clients through the building process in a calm and unflappable manner. Andrew has a special interest in the re-purposing of historic buildings for alternative use and is proud to have the National Trust as a client. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys trail running and photography.
