Excellent Customer Service and Efficient Service
The majority of reviews for CSG convey a sense of satisfaction and ease in dealing with the company. Many customers have reported excellent service, with helpful and friendly operatives making sure that tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally. Communication around arranging appointments and scheduling collection dates is also praised.
Disappointing Experience and Dispute
On the other hand, one reviewer had a less-than-ideal experience with CSG. Sam Taylor reported that they booked an engineer to assess their septic tank, but the engineer did not arrive until the evening and was unable to fully assess the issue due to the tank not being empty at the time. The engineer's visit was deemed pointless, and the customer was subsequently invoiced for charges that were not agreed upon. The customer disputes the charges and reports poor communication and customer service from CSG, including aggressive tactics to recover funds.
