1. Bookkeeping and Accountancy

For those clients who require it, we provide bookkeeping services to maintain their accounting records and handle VAT registration and accounting.

2. Audit and Assurance

The Companies Act has raised the audit threshold to companies with a turnover of over 6.5 million, offering most companies the option to forgo an audit. As registered auditors, we can prepare statutory accounts for submission to Companies House, while offering guidance on available alternatives, including audit. An audit can serve as a vital "health check" for a company, providing essential insights and assurance.

3. Personal and Business Taxation and Planning

For individual clients, we prepare tax returns for submission to HM Revenue & Customs, calculate tax liabilities, and inform clients when payments are due. For businesses, we prepare tax computations from the business's accounts and submit the business's tax return and computation to HMRC. We also advise both individual and business clients on tax-saving opportunities through effective tax planning.
