Customer Service

Warranty and Product Issues
On the other hand, Elaine Carton had a completely opposite experience. She purchased a fan with a 3-year warranty but it stopped working after only 2.5 years. Despite the issue not being with the fan itself, the customer service at Greenwood Airvac has been unhelpful. Elaine was transferred from pillar to post, receiving excuses rather than solutions. Her frustration grew as she was told that the warranty only started in 2011, when her supplier purchased the product. This has led to a lot of stress and Elaine warns others to avoid purchasing from Greenwood Airvac.
