Warranty Issues and Poor Customer Service
The review from Evo Craig left a disappointing impression. They purchased 6 windows and a front door from the company around 2014 with a "10-year warranty". However, shortly after the installation, a gap developed on one of the windows. Despite providing proof of purchase, the company disavowed any responsibility, claiming they had no record of the customer's purchase and that the hinge was only guaranteed for 2 years, not 10. The customer was left feeling frustrated and unwarranted.
Excellent Customer Service and Workmanship
On the other hand, Carol Howells had a much more positive experience. She praised the company's work and customer service, stating that everything from start to finish was excellent. She would highly recommend the company to others.
