Disappointing Experience
The reviews highlight a mixed experience at this establishment. Lack of Hygiene and Refusal to Refund - According to Les Mitchell, the room was in a mess when they arrived, and the management refused to return the deposit. This has left a lasting negative impression, with Les stating they will never return.
Exceptional Service and Value for Money
On the other hand, Vicky Booth had an overwhelmingly positive experience. She booked a party package, which included a bouncy castle, soft play, and two rooms, all for 50. She found the rooms to be brilliant and the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Vicky was so pleased that she has already booked again for the following year.
