Nanplough Farm Country House and Cottages is a tranquil haven located on the Lizard Peninsula, an area of outstanding beauty. Our converted holiday homes form part of a 23-acre estate, six of which are Lavender Fields, making us the home of Cornwall Lavender, the UK's most southerly lavender farm. We are situated in a short drive from several spectacular coves and beaches, making us an ideal location for families and couples alike.
Our Services
We offer a range of services to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. Our leisure facilities include a shared heated outdoor swimming pool, changing room, and WC. Our 23-acre estate is home to sheep, chickens, and horses, and features picnic areas, a climbing frame, slide, and swing, as well as access to public footpaths. We also provide ample private off-road parking, bed linen, towels, electric, central heating, and Wi-Fi.
Our Accommodations
We have five beautifully furnished cottages to choose from, each with its own unique character and charm. Our cottages range in size from two to twelve people, making us the perfect destination for families, couples, and groups of friends. Our cottages are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including kitchen facilities, lounge areas, and en-suite bedrooms.
Our Location
We are located in a picturesque area, steeped in maritime and smuggling history, and renowned for having one of the best climates in England. We are close to several quaint fishing villages, including Porthleven and Cadgwith, and within driving distance to popular attractions such as The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives, The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the castles at Pendennis and Tintagel, and RNAS Culdrose.
