Process

To ensure an accurate quotation, we always carry out a site visit to assess the proposed works. During the visit, we identify potential risks, boundaries, and visually assess the trees for pests and diseases. Once we have assessed the proposed works, we provide a prompt written quotation, either by email or post.

If our quote is accepted, we arrive on site and set up all the equipment and place correct road signage in position. We ensure that we have clear surroundings to carry out the tree surgery safely. Once all the works have been carried out and the clients are happy with the results, we send across a written invoice, either by email or post.
