Friendly and Helpful Staff
Several customers have praised the friendly and helpful staff at Total Triumph. Roy Bowden mentioned that the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and Ajoy Chundee said that he would be coming back to the dealership for his next bike purchase. Simon Boyde also had a positive experience with the staff, who provided excellent service and dealt with minor issues promptly.
Particular Issues
However, some customers have had negative experiences with the dealership. Garth Sumpter was disappointed with the valuation of his bike by the dealership, and Ash Khelifa was grossly disappointed with the bike he purchased, which had damage to the paint and body work. Jonathan Keenan had a particularly bad experience, as the dealership sold the bike he was interested in to someone else despite agreeing to keep it for him.

Glen Hodgson was unhappy with the service at the dealership, as he was charged for an online order that the dealership knew was obsolete. Neil Campbell had a similar experience, and claimed that the dealership adds work to customers' bills without informing them. Scott Kavanagh, on the other hand, had no issues with the service at the dealership and would recommend it to others.
