Sales and After-Sales Service
Some customers have experienced poor after-sales service from Clearview Stoves. David Whiteley was left without communication from Clearview regarding a refund or reply to his emails after returning his product, which he was advised to do by Clearview's own recommended installer. This led to a frustrating experience with what he considered to be "extremely bad after-sales service".
