Review: Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Had a minimum of six skips from TBD Morris over the last 7 years, never a problem before. Try to order today and told my garden hedge is "too big" from them using a 3 year old Google maps picture. Was surprised at the negative reviews over the last year and fully understand why now.

Review: I will never order skip from them again, they just turned up and took skip without possibly of extending time. Due to lockdown all products was delayed and all my building works started a bit late. They do not give any paperwork with terms and conditions, over phone booking I haven't been told I have only 2 weeks to give a skip back, now it was just words agains of the words. Very rude on the phone. I paided over 200.

Review: DO NOT USE at any cost and certainly do not entertain them during this pandemic! TBD are usually very lenient with their skip hire and terms. They turned up on the drive demanding to take it. Wouldn't allow us to roll on and pay the 1 a day. The lady was so rude on the phone. We asked why my parents hadn't had the same enforcement as they currently have a skip and the lady abruptly asked us for their address and then rudely said she would be taking theirs also.

Review: Will never use again. Charge me 75 for half a van full yet an 8yrd skip costs me 219 (of which I have had around 7 this year). Mick George here I come.

Review: Poor customer service. Arrange for a pick up on Thursday 19th October which never got collected. After a phone call I was told it will be now Friday which I was fine with until it again; remained uncollected. The final straw was that this was then told Saturday morning will be the collection day. Again still not collected. Monday 23rd October they were contacted and a lady was very argumentative on the phone and did not seem interested in resolving the issue. Apparently it "might be collected today 23rd october" never using these Again!

Review: Hired a skip, accidentally ordered one too small, called them the day before delivery and they turned up On time, with the right skip, great condition, perfect timing. Very impressed with the ability to alter the size and deliver within 24 hours. Service: Garden waste removal
