Expert Osteopathic Care in Cranbrook
Established in 2007 by registered osteopath Sophie Bendall, Cranbrook Osteopathic Practice has grown into a multidisciplinary clinic offering osteopathy, acupuncture, and Pilates. Our team of experienced practitioners provides holistic care tailored to individual needs, treating patients from infants to seniors. We relocated in 2014 to accessible, purpose-renovated premises in Stone Street, Cranbrook, maintaining a commitment to understanding root causes of musculoskeletal issues.

Our osteopaths combine structural and cranial techniques, while our acupuncturist and Pilates instructor support comprehensive wellness. We prioritise patient education, preventive care, and creating a germ-free environment for vulnerable clients. Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopaths use hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal issues. We address back pain, sports injuries, and postural problems through soft tissue work, joint articulation, and cranial techniques. Patients receive tailored exercise plans and postural advice to support long-term recovery and prevent recurrence.
Acupuncture
Traditional Chinese acupuncture sessions target pain management and stress relief. Our practitioner uses fine needles to stimulate energy flow and promote natural healing. This treatment complements osteopathic care for chronic pain conditions, migraines, and stress-related disorders through holistic body regulation.
Pilates
Personalised Pilates sessions improve core strength and posture. Tailored programmes address post-natal recovery, back issues, and sports performance. Our osteopath-led classes combine movement education with hands-on correction to enhance body awareness and prevent future injuries through controlled, mindful exercise.
Baby treatments
Specialised osteopathic care for infants addresses birth-related strains and developmental issues. Gentle cranial techniques treat colic, feeding difficulties, and sleep problems. Parents receive guidance on positioning and exercises to support their baby's musculoskeletal development in a nurturing, pram-accessible environment.
Sports injury rehab
Comprehensive rehabilitation for sports-related injuries combines osteopathic treatment with exercise prescription. Our practitioners with sports science backgrounds address acute injuries and chronic overuse conditions. Treatment plans focus on restoring mobility, strengthening affected areas, and preventing re-injury through sport-specific functional training.
