Our Story

Our story began over 20 years ago, with a vision to provide innovative recruitment and training solutions for the supported housing and care sector. Our founding director, Sharon Ames, brought extensive experience in managing supported housing schemes and a deep understanding of the barriers faced by our clients on a daily basis. This led to the development of staff training and community projects aimed at creating sustainable communities.
