Helpful Home Cleaning Services has been providing domestic cleaning services in and around the Sale, Altrincham and Urmston area since 2010. Founded by Louise, the company started with a humble Henry hoover and a bottle of flash, and has since grown to become the largest cleaning company in the area. We now have multiple teams of local cleaning professionals, mostly working mums, who clean over 200 houses a week. Our growth has been almost entirely due to recommendations, and we pride ourselves on keeping staff welfare and family values at our core.

With Helpful Home, you can be assured of your regular clean being arranged and confirmed by email, and a text confirmation on the day of the clean. Our team members are thoroughly checked and trained to ensure the highest level of security. We have an extensive keyholder agreement, and your keys are kept securely in a locked location with only the directors and office manager having access.
We strongly recommend giving the cleaners their own alarm code, and this is kept separately to your keys on an encrypted file. We take security seriously and actively encourage feedback from our customers in order to continuously improve.
